All Growality products are shipped directly from our location in Germany or from carefully selected partners within Europe. We rely on established shipping providers such as DHL, GLS, UPS, or DPD – depending on the delivery destination and shipment volume.

The flat rate shipping fee within Germany is €6.90. Shipping is free for orders over €99.00 .

We deliver to the following European countries – shipping costs are calculated according to the shipping zone:

• Zone 1 (13.90 €):
  Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland
• Zone 2 (16.90 €):
  Ireland, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
• Zone 3 (25.90 €):
  Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Portugal
• Zone 4 (35.90 €):
  Bulgaria, Greece, Romania

Delivery times within Germany are generally 2–5 working days . In individual cases (e.g., for custom-made components), delivery times may be up to 10 working days .

For advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after receipt of payment. For all other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded. If the deadline falls on a Sunday or public holiday, the delivery date is automatically postponed to the next business day.
